普拉克索辅助治疗帕金森病合并睡眠障碍的效果观察

Observation on the Effect of Pramipexole in the Adjuvant Treatment of Parkinson’s Disease with Sleep Disorder

目的:分析普拉克索辅助治疗帕金森病合并睡眠障碍的效果。方法:选取2018年3月至2019年3月福建医科大学附属泉州第一医院收治的帕金森病合并睡眠障碍患者102例作为研究对象,根据治疗方法不同分为观察组和对照组,每组51例。对照组应用多巴丝肼治疗,观察组应用多巴丝肼联合普拉克索治疗,比较2组治疗前后的运动能力、睡眠质量及不良反应。结果:观察组帕金森统一评分量表高于对照组;观察组爱泼沃斯嗜睡量表、匹兹堡睡眠质量指数量表评分较对照组低;观察组不良反应发生率低于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论:对帕金森病合并睡眠障碍患者在采用多巴丝肼治疗的基础上加以普拉克索辅助治疗,可明显改善其运动能力与睡眠质量,并极大地减少了不良反应的发生率,具有显著的临床效果。

Objective:To analyze the effect of pramipexole in the adjuvant treatment of Parkinson′s disease with sleep disorder.Methods:A total of 102 patients with Parkinson′s disease complicated with sleep disorder who were in our hospital from March 2018 to March 2019 were selected as subjects.According to the different treatment methods,they were divided into observation group and control group with 51 cases in each group.The control group was treated with dopasyl hydrazine,while the observation group was treated with dopasyl hydrazine combined with pramipexole.The motor ability,sleep quality and adverse reactions of the two groups before and after treatment were compared.Results:The Parkinson Unified Score Scale(UPDRS),UPDRS II and UPDRS III in the observation group were higher than those in the control group;the Epworth Sleep Scale(ESS)and Pittsburgh Sleep Quality Index(PQSI)in the observation group were lower than those in the control group;the incidence of adverse reactions in the observation group was lower than that in the control group,and the difference between the two groups was significant in statistics(P<0.05).Conclusion:The adjuvant therapy of pramipexole for Parkinson′s disease patients with sleep disorder on the basis of dopazide treatment can significantly improve their motor ability and sleep quality,and greatly reduce the incidence of adverse reactions,with significant clinical effects.
