对产妇产后进行优质护理干预对睡眠影响的研究

Study on the Influence of Quality Nursing Intervention on Sleep of Parturients after Delivery

目的:观察优质护理对产妇产后的睡眠影响。方法:选取2018年1月至2019年1月南平市政和县医院妇产科收治的产妇80例作为研究对象,随机分为优质护理组和对照组,每组40例。对照组产妇给与常规产后护理,优质护理组产妇在对照组的基础上接受优质护理干预。匹兹堡睡眠质量指数量表(PSQI)评估产妇睡眠质量。结果:产前2组产妇的睡眠质量评分比较,差异无统计学意义(P>0.05),产后实施优质护理干预后,优质护理组产妇的睡眠质量较前明显改善(P<0.05),且显著优于对照组(P<0.05)。对照组的睡眠质量评分较产前无显著变化,差异无统计学意义(P>0.05)。结论:对产妇实施产后优质护理干预能够调节产妇的心理、生理状态,达到改善其睡眠质量的目的,有利于产妇的恢复,是具有较高应用价值的护理模式。

Objective:To observe the effect of quality nursing on postpartum sleep.Methods:From January 2018 to January 2019,80 cases of parturients admitted to the Department of Obstetrics and gynecology in our hospital were studied.They were randomly divided into two groups,high quality nursing group and control group,with 40 cases in each group.The control group was given routine postpartum care,while the high-quality nursing group received high-quality nursing intervention on the basis of the control group.The Pittsburgh Sleep Quality Index(PSQI)was used to assess maternal sleep quality.Results:There was no statistical difference in sleep quality score between the two groups before delivery(P>0.05).After the implementation of quality nursing intervention after delivery,the sleep quality of the high quality nursing group was significantly improved(P<0.05),and significantly better than that of the control group(P<0.05).There was no significant difference in sleep quality score between the control group and prenatal group(P>0.05).Conclusion:Postpartum quality nursing intervention can regulate the psychological and physiological state of the puerpera,improve their sleep quality,and help the recovery of the puerpera.It is a nursing mode with high application value.
