乙酰半胱氨酸颗粒联合盐酸丙卡特罗治疗小儿肺炎的临床疗效及对睡眠的影响

Clinical Effect of Acetylcysteine Granules Combined with Procaterol Hydrochloride in Treatment of Children with Pneumonia and Its Influence on Sleep

目的:分析乙酰半胱氨酸颗粒联合盐酸丙卡特罗治疗小儿肺炎的效果与对患儿的睡眠质量的影响。方法:选取2017年1月至2018年12月厦门大学附属第一医院收治的肺炎患儿175例作为研究对象,按照治疗方法的不同分为观察组(n=90)和对照组(n=85)。观察组采用乙酰半胱氨酸颗粒联合盐酸丙卡特罗治疗,对照组采用乙酰半胱氨酸颗粒治疗,比较2组患者的症状改善时间(退烧时间、咳嗽消停时间、肺罗音消失时间)、治疗疗效、睡眠质量(PSQI)评分、不良反应发生率。结果:观察组的症状缓解时间明显快于对照组,观察组的治疗总有效率明显高于对照组,睡眠质量评分明显高于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05),同时,观察组患者的不良反应发生几率和对照组患者发生几率无明显差异,差异无统计学意义(P>0.05)。结论:乙酰半胱氨酸颗粒联合盐酸丙卡特罗治疗小儿肺炎疗效好,能缩短患儿的症状缓解时间、提高患儿的睡眠质量,安全系数高,值得在临床治疗中进一步推广。

Objective:To analyze the effect of ambroxol hydrochloride combined with procaterol hydrochloride in treatment of children with pneumonia and its influence on sleep.Methods:A total of 175 cases of children with pneumonia and who received treatment in our hospital from January 2017 to December 2018 were selected,and the patients were divided into observation group(n=90)and control group(n=85).The observation group was treated with acetylcysteine granules combined with procaterol hydrochloride,while the control group was treated with acetylcysteine granules according to the different treatment methods.Then the improvement time of symptoms(fever abatement time,cough abatement time,lung rale disappearance time),treatment effect,sleep quality(PSQI)score and adverse reaction rate of two groups of patients were compared.Results:The remission time of symptoms in the observation group was significantly faster than that in the control group.The total effective rate in the observation group was significantly higher than that in the control group,and the sleep quality score was significantly higher than that in the control group(P<0.05).There was no significant difference in the incidence of adverse reactions between the observation group and the control group,and the difference was not statistically significant(P>0.05).Conclusion:The clinical effects of acetylcysteine granules combined with procaterol hydrochloride in treatment of children with pneumonia are good,which can shorten the remission time of symptoms and improve the sleep quality,and the safety factor is high,thus it is worth promoting in the further in clinical treatment.
