护理干预对四肢骨折患者疼痛及睡眠质量的影响研究

Effect of Nursing Intervention on Pain and Sleep Quality of Patients with Limb Fracture

目的:主要分析护理干预对四肢骨折患者疼痛及睡眠质量的影响。方法:选取2018年1月至2018年12月大田县中医院收治的四肢骨折患者63例作为研究对象,按照随机数字表法分为观察组(n=32)和对照组(n=31),观察组实施个性化护理干预,对照组实施常规护理干预,评价2种护理方法对患者疼痛与睡眠质量的影响。结果:比较2组患者护理后的疼痛VAS评分分级情况,观察组优于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05);比较2组患者护理前后的睡眠质量评分情况,观察组优于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论:对四肢骨折患者实施个性化护理干预模式具有科学性,可以改善患者疼痛情况,并提高睡眠质量,因此应该成为临床护理的首选方法。

Objective:To analyze the effect of nursing intervention on pain and sleep quality of patients with limb fracture.Methods:A total of 63 patients with limb fracture admitted to our hospital from January 2018 to December 2018 were randomly divided into observation group and control group.Personalized nursing intervention and routine nursing intervention were implemented respectively to evaluate the effects of the two nursing methods on pain and sleep quality of patients.Results:The VAS scores of the two groups of patients after nursing were compared,and the observation group was better than the control group(P<0.05).The sleep quality scores of the two groups before and after nursing care were compared,and the observation group was better than the control group(P<0.05).Conclusion:The individualized nursing intervention model for patients with limb fracture is scientific,can improve pain and improve sleep quality,so it should be the preferred method of clinical nursing.
