快速康复联合优质护理对髋关节置换术后患者的睡眠影响分析

Effect of Rapid Rehabilitation and High-quality Nursing on the Sleep of Patients after Hip Replacement

目的:针对髋关节置换术患者在术后进行快速康复联合优质护理,分析与研究护理效果和对患者睡眠的影响。方法:选取2018年11月至2019年4月厦门大学附属第一医院收治的髋关节置换术患者78例作为研究对象,随机分为对照组和观察组患者,每组39例。对照组给予临床常规护理,观察组采取快速康复联合优质护理,比较不同组护理效果和对患者睡眠的影响。结果:观察组患者睡眠质量评分比对照组低睡眠质量好,且观察组患者护理满意度为100.00%,高于对照组的89.74%,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论:在髋关节置换术后实施快速康复联合优质护理,不仅可以提升患者的睡眠质量,还可以提高护理满意度,值得在髋关节置换术后推广与应用。

Objective:The effect of the nursing and the effect on the sleep of the patients was analyzed and studied for the patients with total hip replacement.Methods:From November 2018 to April 2019,78 patients with hip arthroplasty admitted to the first affiliated Hospital of Xiamen University were randomly divided into control group and observation group with 39 patients in each group.The control group was given clinical routine nursing,the observation group was given rapid rehabilitation combined with high quality nursing,and the nursing effect of different groups and the effect on patientsundefinedsleep were compared.Results:The score of sleep quality in the observation group was better than that in the control group,and the nursing satisfaction of the patients in the observation group was 100.00%,which was higher than that in the control group(89.74%).The difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).Conclusion:The rapid rehabilitation and high-quality nursing after the hip joint replacement not only can improve the sleep quality of the patient,but also can improve the nursing satisfaction degree,and is worthy of popularization and application after the hip joint replacement.
