ROY适应模式对急性心肌梗死早期使用心电监护仪器患者睡眠质量的影响分析

Effect of ROY Adaptation Model on Sleep Quality of Patients with Acute Myocardial Infarction Early Using ECG Monitoring Instrument

目的:探究ROY适应模式对急性心肌梗死早期使用心电监护仪器患者睡眠质量的临床影响。方法:选取2018年9月至2019年3月莆田学院附属医院收治的急性心肌梗死患者90例作为研究对象,按照抽签法分为对照组和观察组,每组45例。对照组应用常规方法护理,观察组应用ROY适应模式护理,观察2组患者的抑郁、焦虑、睡眠质量情况及其护理满意程度。结果:对照组睡眠质量明显比观察组差了很多,观察组护理满意程度高于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论:ROY适应模式能够有效改善急性心肌梗死早期使用心电监护仪器患者的睡眠质量。

Objective:To explore and analyze the clinical effect of ROY adaptation mode on sleep quality of patients with acute myocardial infarction using ECG monitoring instrument in early stage.Methods:From September 2018 to March 2019,90 patients with acute myocardial infarction admitted to the affiliated hospital of Putian University were selected as the research objects,and were divided into control group and observation group according to the drawing method,with 45 cases in each group.The control group was nursing with routine method,and the observation group was nursing with ROY adaptation mode.The depression,anxiety,sleep quality and nursing satisfaction of the two groups were observed.Results:Sleep quality of the control group was significantly worse than that of the observation group,and nursing satisfaction of the observation group was higher than that of the control group,with statistical significance(P<0.05).Conclusion:ROY adaptive model can effectively improve the sleep quality of patients with acute myocardial infarction who use ECG monitor in the early stage.
