手术室人性化护理对患者术后焦虑及睡眠质量的作用研究

Effect of Humanized Nursing on Postoperative Anxiety and Sleep Quality in Operating Room

目的:探讨在手术室护理工作中采用人性化护理模式,对改善患者术后焦虑及睡眠质量的作用。方法:选取2018年5月至2019年4月安徽医科大学第一附属医院高新分院收治的行手术治疗患者100例作为研究对象,按照随机函数法分为对照组和观察组,每组50例。对照组给予患者手术室传统护理,观察组给予患者人性化护理,比较2组患者术后焦虑和睡眠质量的差异。结果:2组患者护理前焦虑和睡眠质量无显著差异,护理后观察组患者睡眠质量及焦虑评分均明显优于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论:在手术室护理工作中采用人性化护理模式可有效缓解患者焦虑,同时对改善患者睡眠质量有积极作用。

Objective:To explore the effect of humanized nursing mode on improving postoperative anxiety and sleep quality in operating room.Methods:A total of 100 patients with surgical treatment from May 2018 to April 2019 were divided into control and observation group randomly and equally.Patients in control group were given traditional nursing,while patients in observation group were given humanized nursing.The differences of anxiety and sleep quality between two groups were compared.Results:There was no significant difference in anxiety and sleep quality between two groups before nursing.After nursing,the sleep quality and anxiety score in observation group were significantly better than those of group A(P<0.05).Conclusion:The application of humanized nursing in operating room nursing can effectively alleviate anxiety level,and has a positive effect on improving the sleep quality.
