摘要 动脉硬化是动脉结构和功能异常的可靠特征,是动脉僵硬度的最佳标志之一。近年研究展示,动脉硬化心血管事件包括急性心肌梗死、卒中和心力衰竭,以及全因死亡的强有力的预测因素。科学规范地进行动脉硬化的无创检测对于心血管疾病的防治具有重要的指导意义。本文系统地评价动脉硬化的不同无创测量方法,深入总结并探讨动脉硬化与心血管疾病生物标志物、靶器官损害以及心血管终点事件的关系。 Arterial stiffness is a reliable abnormality of arterial structure and function,and it is one of the best signs of arterial stiffness.Recent studies have shown that arterial stiffness is a powerful predictor of cardiovascular events,including acute myocardial infarction,stroke and heart failure,as well as all-cause mortality.To evaluate of arterial stiffness with scientific and standardized noninvasive approach has great clinical implication for the prevention and treatment of cardiovascular disease.In this review,the different noninvasive measurements of arterial stiffness will be systematically evaluated,and the relationships between arterial stiffness and cardiovascular biomarkers,target organ damage and cardiovascular end-point events also will be summarized and discussed.
