整合素β1-FAK-Ras-MAPK信号转导通路与肿瘤关系的相关研究进展 被引量:10

摘要 整合素β1是整合素家族的主要成员,可以激活多种信号转导途径。FAK-Ras-MAPK信号转导通路是由整合素β1介导的一条重要的信号转导通路,该通路与许多疾病的发生发展密切相关,也是肿瘤发生发展的重要机制之一。这主要与其可以诱导上皮-间质转化、促进肿瘤细胞增殖、抑制肿瘤细胞凋亡、促进肿瘤血管的生成有关,因此该通路也是治疗肿瘤的潜在靶点。本文就整合素β1-FAK-Ras-MAPK信号转导通路的组成、转导机制及其与肿瘤发生发展的相关研究进展予以综述。 Integrinβ1 is the major member of the integrin family,it can activate a variety of signal transduction pathways.The FAK-Ras-MAPK signal transduction pathway is an important signal transduction pathway mediated by integrinβ1,which is closely related to the occurrence and development of many diseases,and it is also one of the important mechanisms of tumorigenesis and development.This is mainly related to the fact that it can induce epithelial-mesenchymal transformation,promote the proliferation of tumor cells,inhibit the apoptosis of tumor cells,and promote the formation of tumor blood vessels.Therefore,this pathway has become a potential target for the treatment of tumors.This paper reviews the components,transduction mechanism,and the related research progress on tumorigenesis and development ofβ1-FAK-Ras-MAPK signal transduction pathway.
