摘要
针对电热毯生产线的布局和生产要求,本文以针盘下降设备为例,对针盘的循环设备进行结构设计。介绍了组成针盘下降设备各个机构和原理,对针盘夹持下降装置和导轨开合装置进行分析。同时,为保证各部分机构实现相应的功能和顺序,对定位气缸、导轨开合装置和推动气缸的气动回路进行设计。该设计实现了针盘的自动循环以及与生产线其他设备的配合,形成完整的电热毯自动化生产线,提高了电热毯的生产效率,满足了厂家的生产要求。该研究有利于电热毯的自动化生产,具有较大的应用前景。
In view of the layout and production requirements of the electric blanket production line,this paper takes the needle dial descending equipment as an example to design the structure of the needle dial circulating equipment.The mechanisms and principle of needle dial descending equipment are introduced,and the clamping and descending device of needle dial and the opening and closing device of guide rail are analyzed.At the same time,in order to ensure the corresponding function and order of each part of the mechanism,the pneumatic circuit of positioning cylinder,guide rail opening and closing device and driving cylinder are designed.The design realizes the automatic circulation of needle dial and the cooperation with other equipments in the production line,forms a complete automatic production line of electric blanket,improves the production efficiency of electric blanket,and meets the production requirements of manufacturers.This research provides the corresponding theoretical basis for the structural improvement of the electric blanket production line,and has high practical application value.
