The Integration and Practice of CRIS Technology Under the Environment of Next Generation Repositories

为扩展机构知识库的全球化视野,采用CRIS系统架构与实施功能,探索下一代机构知识库环境下CRIS的实践方向与服务型机构知识库体系的构建。文章阐释了下一代机构知识库的优势所在,分析了CRIS服务架构与用户行为调研结果,整合构建出具备下一代机构知识库标准的服务型机构知识库架构,引入科研信息管理流程的模式,探索机构知识库服务方向,以发挥图书馆的指导角色,实现以研究为中心、增值服务为重点的机构知识库建设愿景。CRIS的全球化趋势与下一代机构知识库的提出,皆为解决机构知识库局限性问题的尝试,为了真正发挥机构知识库在科研环境下的服务作用,应积极引入新的技术与协议,打破科研信息传输的阻碍,实现学术在国际环境中的交流。

Expanding the global perspective of institutional repositories,and using the architecture and functions of CRIS,this paper explores the practical direction of CRIS under the environment of next generation repositories and the construction of service-oriented institutional repositories.Understanding the advantages of the next generation repositories,analyzing the results of CRIS service architecture and user behavior,integrating and constructing a framework of service-oriented institutional repositories with the next generation repositories’ standards,introducing the research information management,and playing the guiding role of library,this paper discusses the direction of institutional repositories’ service to realize the vision of building institutional repositories with research center and value-added services.The globalization trend of CRIS and the proposal of the next generation repositories are both attempts to solve the limitations of institutional repositories.In order to truly play the service role of institutional repositories in the research environment,new technologies and protocols should be actively introduced to break down the obstacles of research information transmission and to realize academic exchanges in the international environment.
