参芪养心汤治疗气虚血瘀型冠心病临床研究

Clinical Study on Shenqi Yangxin Tang for Coronary Heart Disease of Qi Deficiency and Blood Stasis Type

目的:观察参芪养心汤治疗气虚血瘀型冠心病的效果。方法:将94例辨证分型为气虚血瘀型冠心病患者,采用前瞻性的随机单盲对照法分为2组各47例。对照组根据冠心病治疗指南给予常规西药治疗,观察组采用参芪养心汤联合西医治疗,均持续治疗2个月。检测2组治疗前后N末端B型脑钠肽前体(NT-proBNP)、超敏C-反应蛋白(hs-CRP)水平变化,评估心绞痛缓解效果和心电图疗效,统计不良反应情况。结果:2组治疗后NT-proBNP、hs-CRP与治疗前比较,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。组间治疗后NT-proBNP、hs-CRP水平比较,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。观察组心绞痛缓解总有效率95.74%,对照组为82.98%,组间心绞痛缓解效果比较,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。心电图检查显示观察组总有效率91.49%,对照组总有效率74.47%,组间心电图疗效比较,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。对照组不良反应发生率为14.89%,观察组为8.51%,组间不良反应发生率比较,差异无统计学意义(P>0.05)。结论:参芪养心汤结合常规西医治疗气虚血瘀型冠心病,可有效改善临床症状体征和提高心电图疗效,不良反应少。

Objective:To observe the effect of Shenqi Yangxin tang for coronary heart disease of qi deficiency and blood stasis type.Methods:Classified 94 cases of patients with coronary heart disease as qi deficiency and blood stasis type by syndrome differentiation,and divided them into two groups by applying the prospective randomized single blind control method,with 47 cases in each group.The control group was treated with western medicine according to the treatment guidelines for coronary heart disease,while the observation group received the application of Shenqi Yangxin tang combined with western medicine.Both groups received the continuous treatment for two months.Detected the level changes of N-terminal-pro-B-type natriuretic peptide(NT-pro BNP) and high sensitive C-reactive protein(hs-CRP) in the two groups before and after treatment,evaluated the remission effect of angina pectoris and the efficacy of electrocardiogram and recorded the adverse reactions.Results:Compared NT-pro BNP and hs-CRP in the two groups after treatment with those before treatment,the difference was significant(P<0.05).After treatment,there was significant difference being found in the comparison of the levels of NT-pro BNP and hs-CRP between groups(P<0.05).The total effective rate of angina pectoris remission was 95.74% in the observation group and 82.98% in the control group,compared the remission effect of angina pectoris between the two groups,difference being significant(P<0.05).The electrocardiogram examination showed that the total effective rate was 91.49% in the observation group and 74.47% in the control group,compared the efficacy of electrocardiogram between the two groups,difference being significant(P<0.05).The incidence of adverse reactions was14.89% in the control group and 8.51% in the observation group;there was no significant difference being found in the comparison of the adverse reaction rate between the two groups(P>0.05).Conclusion:The application of Shenqi Yangxin tang combined with routine western medicine for coronary heart disease of qi deficiency and blood stasis type can effectively improve the clinical symptoms and signs and enhance the efficacy of electrocardiogram,adverse reactions being less.
