鼻渊通窍颗粒联合鼻内镜手术治疗慢性鼻窦炎合并过敏性鼻炎临床研究

Clinical Study on Biyuan Tongqiao Granules Combined with Endoscopic Sinus Surgery for Chronic Sinusitis Complicated with Allergic Rhinitis

目的:观察鼻渊通窍颗粒联合鼻内镜手术治疗慢性鼻窦炎合并过敏性鼻炎临床效果。方法:将慢性鼻窦炎合并过敏性鼻炎患者82例按照随机数字的方法分为对照组和观察组各41例,对照组进行鼻内镜手术治疗,观察组在对照组治疗基础上使用鼻渊通窍颗粒,对2组患者治疗前后的临床症状进行比较,评估2组治疗效果,观察2组不良反应。结果:治疗后,2组SNOT-20各维度评分与治疗前比较,均降低(P<0.05)。在治疗后的组间比较中,观察组各维度评分均低于对照组,差异均有统计学意义(P<0.05)。治疗后,2组疗效经秩和检验,观察组治疗效果优于对照组,差异有统计学意义(Z=-5.909,P<0.05)。治疗期间,2组恶心、呕吐、皮疹不良反应发生情况比较,差异无统计学意义(P>0.05)。结论:鼻渊通窍颗粒联合鼻内镜手术治疗慢性鼻窦炎合并过敏性鼻炎患者,可以改善症状,提升治疗效果,安全性良好。

Objective:To observe the clinical effect of Biyuan Tongqiao granules combined with endoscopic sinus surgery for chronic sinusitis complicated with allergic rhinitis.Methods:A total of 82 cases of patients with chronic sinusitis complicated with allergic rhinitis were divided into the control group and the observation group according to the random number table method,41 cases in each group.The control group received endoscopic sinus surgery,and the observation group was additionally treated with Biyuan Tongqiao granules based on the treatment of the control group.In the two groups,the clinical symptoms before and after treatment were compared;the curative effect was evaluated;the adverse reactions were observed.Results:After treatment,the scores of each dimension in SNOT-20 in the two groups were decreased when compared with those before treatment(P<0.05).After treatment,the scores of each dimension in the observation group were lower than those in the control group,differences being significant(P<0.05).After treatment,the curative effect in the observation group was superior to that in the control group,the difference being significant(Z=-5.909,P<0.05).During treatment,compared the incidence of adverse reactions such as nausea,vomiting and rash in the two groups,there was no significance in the difference(P>0.05).Conclusion:The therapy of Biyuan Tongqiao granules combined with endoscopic sinus surgery for patients with chronic sinusitis complicated with allergic rhinitis can improve symptoms and curative effect with good safety.
