清润养目口服液联合金珍滴眼液治疗视频终端视疲劳临床研究

Clinical Study on Qingrun Yangmu Oral Liquid Combined with Jinzhen Eye Drops for Asthenopia Caused by Video Display Terminal

目的:观察清润养目口服液联合金珍滴眼液治疗视频终端视疲劳的临床疗效。方法:将88例视频终端视疲劳患者随机分为对照组和观察组,每组44例;对照组给予金珍滴眼液治疗,观察组在对照组的基础上联合清润养目口服液治疗,1周为1个疗程,共治疗2个疗程;观察2组临床疗效,治疗前后近距离用眼时间、泪膜破裂时间(BUT)、基础泪液分泌实验(SIT)的变化情况。结果:总有效率观察组为90.91%,对照组为68.18%,2组比较,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。治疗后,2组患者近距离用眼时间均较治疗前明显延长(P<0.05),且观察组患者近距离用眼时间明显长于对照组(P<0.05)。治疗后,2组患者BUT、SIT值均较治疗前明显增加(P<0.05),且观察组BUT、SIT值均大于对照组(P<0.05)。结论:清润养目口服液联合金珍滴眼液治疗视频终端视疲劳疗效显著,其效果优于单纯金珍滴眼液治疗。

Objective:To observe the clinical effect of Qingrun Yangmu oral liquid combined with Jinzhen eye drops for asthenopia caused by video display terminal.Methods:A total of 88 cases of patients with asthenopia caused by video display terminal were randomly divided into the control group and the observation group,44 cases in each group.The control group was treated with Jinzhen eye drops,and the observation group was additionally treated with Qingrun Yangmu oral liquid based on the treatment of the control group.Both groups were treated for two courses,one week being a course.The clinical effect in the two groups was observed;the changes of the time of nearwork,the tear break-up time(BUT) and the Schirmer’s Test(SIT) in the two groups before and after treatment were observed.Results:The total effective rate was90.91% in the observation group and 68.18% in the control group,the difference being significant(P<0.05).After treatment,the time of nearwork in the two groups were significantly prolonged when compared with that before treatment(P<0.05),and the time in the observation group was significantly longer than that in the control group(P<0.05).After treatment,BUT and the scores of SIT in the two groups were significantly increased when compared with those before treatment(P<0.05),and the above indexes in the observation group were larger than those in the control group(P<0.05).Conclusion:The therapy of Qingrun Yangmu oral liquid combined with Jinzhen eye drops has significant curative effect in treating asthenopia caused by video display terminal,and its effect is better than that of simple Jinzhen eye drops.
