移精变气法联合盐酸氟西汀胶囊治疗中晚期肿瘤合并抑郁症临床研究

Clinical Study on Method of Diverting Essence-spirit to Change Qi Combined with Fluoxetine Hydrochloride Capsules for Advanced Tumors Complicated with Depression

目的:观察移精变气法联合盐酸氟西汀胶囊对中晚期肿瘤合并抑郁症患者抑郁状况和生存质量的改善作用。方法:将60例中晚期肿瘤伴抑郁症患者随机分成对照组和观察组各30例。对照组给予口服盐酸氟西汀胶囊治疗,观察组在口服盐酸氟西汀胶囊治疗基础上应用中医移精变气法干预。分别于治疗前及治疗后采用欧洲癌症研究与治疗组织研发的生活质量核心问卷量表(EORTC QLQ-C30)、抑郁自评量表(SDS)及汉密尔顿抑郁量表(HAMD-24)进行临床疗效评定。结果:总有效率观察组96.7%,对照组66.7%,2组比较,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。治疗后,2组HAMD-24、SDS及EORTC QLQ-C30评分均较治疗前降低,差异均有统计学意义(P<0.05);观察组HAMD-24、SDS及EORTC QLQ-C30评分均低于对照组,差异均有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论:移精变气法可以减轻中晚期肿瘤伴抑郁症患者的抑郁程度,改善生存质量,易于推广。

Objective:To observe the improving effect of method of diverting essence-spirit to change qi combined with fluoxetine hydrochloride capsules on depression status and quality of life in patients with advanced tumors complicated with depression.Methods:A total of 60 cases of patients with advanced tumors complicated with depression were randomly divided into the control group and the observation group,30 cases in each group.The control group was given oral administration of fluoxetine hydrochloride capsules,and the observation group was additionally intervened by method of diverting essence-spirit to change qi based on the treatment of the control group.The clinical effect was evaluated by applying European Organization for Research and Treatment of Cancer Core Quality of Life Questionnaire(EORTC QLQ-C30),the Self-Rating Depressing Scale(SDS) and Hamilton Rating Scale for Depression-24(HAMD-24) before and after treatment respectively.Results:The total effective rate was 96.7% in the observation group and 66.7% in the control group,the difference being significant(P<0.05).After treatment,the scores of HAMD-24,SDS and EORTC QLQ-C30 in the two groups were decreased when compared with those before treatment,differences being significant(P<0.05);the above scores in the observation group were lower than those in the control group,differences being significant(P<0.05).Conclusion:The method of diverting essence-spirit to change qi can decrease the degree of depression in patients with advanced tumors complicated with depression and improve their quality of life,which is easy for promotion.
