电针分期联合耳垂放血治疗特发性面神经麻痹临床研究

Clinical Study on Electroacupuncture Combined with Earlobe Bloodletting in the Treatment of Idiopathic Facial Paralysis

目的:观察电针分期联合耳垂放血治疗特发性面神经麻痹的疗效。方法:将58例特发性面神经麻痹患者按随机数字表法分为观察组30例和对照组28例。对照组采用电针分期治疗,观察组在对照组基础上联合耳垂放血治疗。观察2组面神经功能缺损评定分值及面神经恢复情况。结果:治疗前,2组House-Brackmann量表评分比较,差异无统计学意义(P>0.05)。治疗30天、45天后,2组House-Brackmann量表评分较治疗前升高,且观察组评分高于同期对照组,差异均有统计学意义(P<0.05)。治疗前,2组改良Portmann简易评分比较,差异无统计学意义(P>0.05)。治疗30天、45天后,2组改良Portmann简易评分较治疗前升高,且观察组评分高于同期对照组,差异均有统计学意义(P<0.05)。观察组总有效率为93.33%,显著高于对照组71.43%,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论:在特发性面神经麻痹的治疗上,电针分期联合耳垂放血的疗效比单纯电针分期治疗效果明显,可更有效促进面神经功能的恢复。

Objective:To observe the effect of the therapy of electroacupuncture combined with earlobe bloodletting in the treatment of idiopathic facial paralysis.Methods:A total of 58 cases of patients with idiopathic facial paralysis were divided into the observation group and the control group according to the random number table method,30 and 28 cases in each group respectively.The control group was treated by electroacupuncture in stages,and the observation group was additionally treated with earlobe bloodletting based on the treatment of the control group.The score of the facial-nerve defect grading and the recovery of facial nerve in the two groups were observed.Results:Before treatment,there was no significant difference in the comparison of the score of House-Brackmann Scale between the two groups(P>0.05).After 30 and 45 days of treatment,the scores of House-Brackmann Scale in the two groups were increased when compared with those before treatment,and the scores in the observation group were higher than those in the control group at the same time,differences being significant(P<0.05).Before treatment,there was no significant difference in the comparison of the score of modified Portmann Simple Scale between the two groups(P>0.05).After 30 and 45 days of treatment,the scores of modified Portmann Simple Scale in the two groups were increased when compared with those before treatment,and the score in the observation group was higher than that in the control group at the same time,differences being significant(P<0.05).The total effective rate was 93.33% in the observation group,significantly higher than that of 71.43% in the control group,the difference being significant(P<0.05).Conclusion:The therapy of electroacupuncture combined with earlobe bloodletting has more significant therapeutic effect than that of electroacupuncture alone in treating patients with idiopathic facial paralysis,which can promote the recovery of facial nerve function more effectively.
