银质针艾灸治疗腰腿痛血瘀证疗效研究

Effect Study on Silver-needling Moxibustion for Lumbocrural Pain with Blood Stasis Syndrome

目的:观察银质针艾灸治疗腰椎间盘突出症(LDH)所致腰腿痛血瘀证的临床疗效。方法:将LDH所致腰腿痛患者72例,采用随机数字表法将患者分为对照组和观察组各36例。对照组口服依托考昔片和电动牵引床牵引治疗。观察组在对照组基础上予银质针艾灸治疗。连续治疗4周后,比较2组血瘀证症状积分、Oswestry功能障碍指数、M-JOA评分以及临床疗效。结果:治疗后,2组血瘀证症状评分减少(P<0.01);观察组治疗后血瘀证症状评分少于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.01)。治疗后,2组Oswestry功能障碍指数和M-JOA评分降低(P<0.01);观察组治疗后Oswestry功能障碍指数和M-JOA评分低于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.01)。经χ2检验,观察组总有效率(97.22%)高于对照组(77.78%)(P<0.05)。结论:在常规西医基础上联合银质针艾灸治疗LDH所致腰腿痛血瘀证,可进一步改善中医证候和减轻疼痛等症状,提高临床疗效。

Objective:To observe the clinical effect of silver-needling moxibustion for lumbocrural pain with blood stasis syndrome induced by lumbar disc herniation(LDH).Methods:Divided 72 cases of patients with lumbocrural pain induced by LDH into the control group and the observation group randomly,36 cases in each group.The control group received eloricoxib tablets via oral administration and traction via electric traction bed,while the observation group additionally received silver-needling moxibustion.The treatment of both groups lasted for 4 weeks continuously.After treatment,compared scores of blood stasis syndrome,Oswestry disability index,scores of M-JOA and clinical effect in both groups.Results:After treatment,the scores of blood stasis syndrome in both groups were decreased(P<0.01);the scores of blood stasis syndrome in the observation group were lower than those in the control group,difference being significant(P<0.01).After treatment,Oswestry disability index and scores of M-JOA in both groups were decreased(P<0.01);Oswestry disability index and scores of M-JOA in the observation group were lower than those in the control group,difference being significant(P<0.01).By means of χ2 test,the total effective rate in the observation group(97.22%) was higher than that in the control group(77.78%)(P<0.05).Conclusion:The application of silver-needling moxibustion for lumbocrural pain with blood stasis syndrome induced by LDH based on routine western medicine can further improve Chinese medicine syndrome and relieve such symptoms as pain,thus to promote the clinical effect.
