针灸会阴穴配合盆底康复治疗仪治疗女性盆底功能障碍临床研究

Clinical Study on Effect of Acupuncture and Moxibustion at Huiyin Point Combined with Pelvic Floor Rehabilitation Instrument on Female Pelvic Floor Dysfunction

目的:探讨运用针灸会阴穴配合盆底康复治疗仪治疗女性盆底功能障碍(FPFD)的效果。方法:将收治的84例FPFD患者随机分为对照组和观察组各42例,对照组采用盆底康复治疗仪治疗,观察组给予针灸会阴穴配合盆底康复治疗仪疗法,均持续治疗4周,比较2组治疗效果。结果:与治疗前比较,2组治疗4周后症状积分均下降(P<0.05);与对照组比较,观察组治疗4周后症状积分较低(P<0.05)。2组治疗4周后Ⅰ类、Ⅱ类肌纤维电位值和治疗前比较,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05);观察组治疗4周后Ⅰ类、Ⅱ类肌纤维电位值与对照组比较,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。与治疗前比较,2组治疗4周后盆底障碍影响简易问卷(PFIQ-7)评分均降低(P<0.05);与对照组比较,观察组治疗4周后PFIQ-7评分降低(P<0.05)。观察组总有效率为95.24%,对照组为78.57%,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。2组治疗期间均未出现明显异常不良反应。结论:针灸会阴穴配合盆底康复治疗仪治疗女性盆底功能障碍疗效显著,安全性好。

Objective:To discuss the effect of the therapy of acupuncture and moxibustion at Huiyin point(RN1) combined with pelvic floor rehabilitation instrument on patients with female pelvic floor dysfunction(FPFD).Methods:The 84 patients with FPFD were randomly divided into the control group and the observation group,42 cases in each group.The control group was treated with pelvic floor rehabilitation instrument,and the observation group was treated with acupuncture and moxibustion at Huiyin point(RN1) combined with pelvic floor rehabilitation instrument.Both groups were treated for four weeks.The therapeutic effect in the two groups was compared.Results:Compared with those before treatment,the symptom scores in both groups were decreased after four-week treatment(P<0.05).Compared with that in the control group,the symptom score in the observation group was lower after four-week treatment(P<0.05).After treatment of four weeks,compared the potential values of TypeⅠand TypeⅡ muscle fibers in the two groups with those before treatment,the difference was significant(P<0.05).After treatment of four weeks,compared the potential values of TypeⅠand TypeⅡmuscle fibers in the observation group with those in the control group,the difference was significant(P<0.05).Compared with those before treatment,the scores of Pelvic Floor Impact Questionnaire-short form 7(PFIQ-7) in the two groups after four-week treatment were decreased(P<0.05).Compared with that in the control group,the score of PFIQ-7 in the observation group were decreased after four-week treatment(P<0.05).The total effective rate was 95.24% in the observation group and 78.57% in the control group,the difference being significant(P<0.05).There was no abnormal adverse reaction during treatment in both groups.Conclusion:The therapy of acupuncture and moxibustion at Huiyin point(RN1)combined with pelvic floor rehabilitation instrument has significant therapeutic effect in treating patients with female pelvic floor dysfunction with great safety.
