针灸联合三联疗法治疗Hp感染性胃溃疡临床研究

Clinical Study on Acupuncture Combined with Triple Therapy for Hp-infected Gastric Ulcer

目的:针灸联合三联疗法治疗幽门螺杆菌(Hp)感染性胃溃疡的临床疗效。方法:选取96例Hp感染性胃溃疡患者,按随机数字表法分为对照组与联合组各48例。对照组使用三联疗法治疗,联合组在三联疗法治疗基础上加用针刺和隔姜灸。对比2组临床疗效,观察患者治疗前后血清胃泌素、血管内皮生长因子(VEGF)水平和生活质量的变化。结果:联合组总有效率97.9%,对照组总有效率87.5%,2组比较,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。治疗后,2组胃泌素水平均较治疗前下降,VEGF水平均较治疗前升高,差异均有统计学意义(P<0.05);联合组胃泌素水平低于对照组,VEGF水平高于对照组,差异均有统计学意义(P<0.05)。治疗后,2组躯体活动、精力水平、社会隔离、情感反应评分均较治疗前下降,差异均有统计学意义(P<0.05);联合组4个维度评分均低于对照组,差异均有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论:针灸联合三联疗法治疗Hp感染性胃溃疡可以提高临床疗效,改善患者的生活质量,值得推广应用。

Objective:To observe the clinical effect of acupuncture combined with triple therapy for helicobacter pylori(Hp)-infected gastric ulcer.Methods:A total of 96 cases of patients with Hp-infected gastric ulcer were divided into the control group and the combination group according to the random number table method,48 cases in each group.The control group was given triple therapy,and the combination group was additionally treated with acupuncture and moxibustion on ginger based on the treatment of the control group.The clinical effect in the two groups was compared;the changes of the levels of gastrin and vascular endothelial growth factor(VEGF) in serum and the quality of life before and after treatment were observed.Results:The total effective rate was 97.9% in the combination group and 87.5% in the control group,the difference being significant(P<0.05).After treatment,the levels of gastrin in the two groups were decreased when compared with those before treatment,and the levels of VEGF were increased when compared with those before treatment,differences being significant(P<0.05);the level of gastrin in the combination group was lower than that in the control group,and the level of VEGF was higher than that in the control group,differences being significant(P<0.05).After treatment,the scores of physical functions,energy levels,social isolation and emotional reactions in the two groups were decreased when compared with those before treatment,differences being significant(P<0.05);the above four scores in the combination group were lower than those in the control group,differences being significant(P<0.05).Conclusion:The application of acupuncture combined with triple therapy in treating Hp-infected gastric ulcer can improve clinical effect and quality of life,which is worthy of clinical promotion and application.
