从温壮论述小儿功能性低热病因病机与治法方药

Elaboration on Etiology,Pathogenesis,Treatment Methods and Prescriptions of Functional Hypothermia in Children from “Wenzhuang”

本文总结分析了历代医家对温壮的论述。在脏腑不调,内有伏热的理论基础上,将小儿功能性低热的病因病机概括为胃肠积滞,伏热内蕴;土虚木乘,郁热内生;邪伏少阳,湿遏热阻;肺中伏热,耗伤津液。病变部位主要累及脾胃、肝胆、肺。基于小儿功能性低热的临床特征和上述病因病机特点,提出了相应的治则与方药,以资参考。

This article summarized and analyzed the expositions on "Wenzhuang" made by those medical practitioners through all ages.Based on the theory that imbalanced viscera result in insidious heat-evil within the body,the etiology and pathogenesis of functional hypothermia in children were summed up as four types,namely stomach-intestine stagnation leading to insidious heat within the body,earth deficiency and wood potentiation leading to depression-heat within the body,insidious evil in shaoyang leading to dampness repression and heat retention,and insidious heat in the lung leading to exhaustion and damage of body fluid.The spleen-stomach,liver-gallbladder and lung were mainly affected.On the basis of clinical characteristics of functional hypothermia in children and features of etiology and pathogenesis above,the authors put forward the corresponding treatment principles and prescriptions for further reference.
