苯乙酮/2-羟基乙醛缩合物与曼尼希碱的协同缓蚀作用研究

Study on Synergistic Corrosion Inhibition Effect of Acetophenone/2-Hydroxyacetaldehyde Condensation Compound with Mannich Base

摘要 以苯乙酮和2-羟基乙醛为原料,采用“一锅煮”法合成了一种苯乙酮/2-羟基乙醛缩合物(BHP)。将曼尼希碱化合物3-环己胺基-1-苯基-1-丙酮(MCPA)与BHP进行复配,获得了缓蚀性能良好的复合酸化缓蚀剂MPB-Ⅱ,并采用静态失重法、电化学方法等对其缓蚀性能和电化学机理进行了研究。结果表明,MPB-Ⅱ是以抑制阳极氧化反应为主的混合型缓蚀剂,当其在20%盐酸中的加量为1.0%时,90℃下可使N80钢片在盐酸中的腐蚀速率降低至2.6759 g·m^-2·h^-1,缓蚀率为99.71%。 The acetophenone/2-hydroxyacetaldehyde condensation compound(BHP)was synthesized from acetophenone and 2-hydroxyacetaldehyde by“one pot boiling”method.The compound acidizing inhibitor MPB-Ⅱwith good corrosion inhibition performance was obtained by combining the Mannich base compound 3-cyclohexylamino-1-phenyl-1-acetone(MCPA)with BHP.Then the corrosion inhibition performance and electrochemical mechanism were studied by static weight loss method and electrochemical method.The results showed that MPB-Ⅱwas a mixed corrosion inhibitor mainly to inhibit anodizing oxidation reaction.When the amount of N80 steel was 1.0%in 20%hydrochloric acid,the corrosion rate of N80 steel could be reduced to 2.6759 g/m^2/h at 90℃,and the corrosion inhibition rate was 99.71%.
