临床药师参与肥胖患者药物治疗的实践总结

Summary of clinical pharmacists′ participation in drug therapy for obese patients

目的探讨临床药师以肥胖人群的药物治疗为切入点开展药学服务的临床思维和技巧。方法通过对药师参与肥胖糖尿病患者、肥胖社区获得性肺炎患者及肥胖肿瘤患者诊疗的案例进行分析,探讨临床药师通过参与特殊人群的药物治疗切入临床的可行性及临床思维与实践技巧的培养。结果肥胖的慢病、感染、肿瘤患者的病理生理特点决定了药物治疗的方案选择、剂量调整、药学监护等方面具有一定的特殊性。临床药师对此类特殊人群开展药学服务可以提高药物治疗的安全性和有效性,促进合理用药,培养临床思维,提升实践能力。结论临床药师以肥胖患者的药物治疗为抓手开展符合临床需求的高质量药学服务,可以促进临床合理用药,亦有利于培养药师的临床思维和实践能力。

Objective To explore the clinical thinking and skills of clinical pharmacists in the implementation of pharmaceutical services based on drug treatment for obese people.Methods Through the analysis of the cases in which pharmacists participated in the treatment for patients with obesity and diabetes mellitus,obesity community-acquired pneumonia and obese tumor,the feasibility and the cultivation of clinical thinking and practical skills of clinical pharmacists in participating in drug treatment for special populations were studied.Results The pathophysiological characteristics of obese chronic disease,infection,and tumor patients determined the specificity of drug treatment options,dose adjustment,and pharmaceutical care.Clinical pharmacists'pharmacy services for such special populations can improve the safety and effectiveness of drug treatment,promote rational drug use,cultivate clinical thinking,and improve practical ability.Conclusion Clinical pharmacists take the drug treatment for obese patients as the starting point,and carry out high-quality pharmacy services that meet the clinical needs,which can promote the rational use of drugs,and also help to cultivate the clinical thinking and practical ability of pharmacists.
