医院药品“两票制”的信息化管理

Informationalized management of “two-invoice system” for hospital drug

由于“两票制”管理模式实施时间短,购进发票仍处于纸质化管理状态。为此,我院在原有信息化管理系统和商业公司的供应链信息平台的基础上,开发构建了购进发票信息化管理模式,实现了移动端验收时实时显示“两票制”文件信息,并具有及时提示是否“集团内部调货品种”、两票信息是否齐全、系统自动校验电子发票是否与销售信息相符、按药品批次管理两票信息以及财务人员二次核查等诸多功能。这一举措不仅实现了信息可追溯性,也节省了人力物力成本,而且保障了药品供应渠道安全,进一步推动医院管理的信息化建设进程,提高医院管理水平,为医院药事管理提供了一定的借鉴。

Due to the short implementation time of the"two-invoice system"management mode,the purchase of invoice is still under paper-based management.Therefore,on the basis of the original hospital information management system and the supply chain information platform,o ur hospital has developed informationalized management model of purchased invoice,to achieve the real-time display of"two-invoice"information on the acceptance of mobile terminal file information,including a timely tips of whether they are"group internal transfer goods varieties"and whether two-invoice information is complete;the system automatically checks whether electronic invoice is consistent with sales information;manage two-invoice information according to the drug batch and financial personnel verify the information at a second time,and there are many other functions.This measure not only realizes the traceability of information,but also saves the cost of human and material resources,guarantees the safety of drug supply channels,f urther promotes the informatizationalized construction process of hospital management,improves the level of hospital management,and provides certain reference for hospital pharmaceutical management.
