Knowledge Management Optimization of Management Consulting Firm in China Based on Structural Equation Modeling

摘要 【目的/意义】本文根据知识生产与知识流动过程中的知识自身属性特征,以及企业知识管理的多维组织整合内容,紧密围绕知识活动和咨询企业的组织管理活动。【方法/过程】首先分类、分项地提出了管理咨询企业知识管理活动指标要素的优化评估假设,并设计调查问卷。其次,分析统计回收的预调查问卷的情况,对问卷指标进行修正从而确定最终问卷,并再次发放回收。最后,利用结构方程模型(SEM),验证影响管理咨询企业知识管理活动的主要因素及各因素间的影响关系。【结果/结论】为咨询企业的知识管理活动提供重要的理论支撑及事实性数据参考。 【Purpose/significance】Based on the attribute of knowledge itself in the process of knowledge production and knowledge flow,as well as the enterprise multidimensional organization integration contents of knowledge management activity, this paper is closely concern about organization and management activities of consulting enterprise.【Method/process】This paper firstly put forward the advanced evaluation hypothesis of knowledge management activity of consulting enterprise in respective categories and steps, and designed the questionnaire based on such hypothesis. Secondly, according to the statistical and analysis situation of the previous questionnaire, author modified the questionnaire so as to determine the final one, and then re-released and re-collected it. Finally, by using Structural·Equation·Modeling(SEM),the main factors that could exert influences on the knowledge management activities in consulting enterprise and the relationships between various factors were tested.【Result/conclusion】A crucial date reference for management consulting enterprises in the domain of knowledge management was provided.
