摘要
人类命运共同体理念为新时代背景下不同国家和文明间共处与交往提供重要的价值指引。它的思想基础是对马克思"共同体"思想、中华传统文化价值内核以及中国和平外交思想的继承与拓新,蕴含着丰富的实践理念。教师是构建人类命运共同体的主力军,人类命运共同体理念为教师队伍建设,尤其是教师师德建设提出新的时代课题。在人类命运共同体理念指引下,应从顶层制度设计、构建教师专业发展共同体和增强教师国际素养等方面突显教师师德建设的主体性、共同体意识和开放性。
The concept of a community with a shared future for mankind provides a valuable guidance for coexistence and exchanges between different countries and civilizations in the new era. Its ideology is based on the inheritance and development of Marx’s "community" thought, the core of Chinese traditional cultural values and China’s thought of peace and diplomacy, which contains rich practical ideas. Teachers are the main force in the construction of a community with a shared future for mankind. The concept of community with a shared future for mankind puts forward a new task for the construction of teachers, especially the construction of teachers’ ethics. Under the guidance of the concept of community of shared future for mankind, the subjectivity, community consciousness and openness of teacher ethics construction should be highlighted from the aspects of top-level system design, construction of teachers’ professional development community and enhancement of international quality of teachers.
