“一课双师三能”创新教学模式在高校舞蹈教学中的应用探索

The Exploration of the Innovative Training Mode of “One course, Two teachers and Three abilities” of Dance Teaching in Universities

目前,国内部分院校的舞蹈学专业课教学模式与创新人才培养目标所需的创新精神和实践能力的培养有一定差距。按舞种建立"课程横轴线",在每一舞种课程横轴线上建立该舞种的身体技能训练、教学法、剧目表演、剧目分析、编创技法、舞种文化等知识网,打造"教学、表演、编创"能力于一体的网状式知识体系,实现"一课双师三能"的创新教学模式。以此试图改变部分院校舞蹈教学的中专教学痕迹,为部分高校舞蹈学专业实现高等教育的人才培养提供可参考手段与方法。

At present, there is a gap between the training model of professional dance courses and the training goal of innovative talents in some domestic colleges and universities. This paper aims to establish a "course transversal axis" by the dance categories, on the transversal axis of the course of each category, a knowledge network of body skills training, teaching method, repertoire performance, repertoire analysis, choreography techniques and culture of these dance categories is established. Moreover, this paper will build a retiform knowledge system of "teaching, performance and choreographing" abilities, to achieve the innovative training mode of "One course, Two teachers and Three abilities". The paper attempts to change the teaching traces of specialized secondary education in dance teaching in some colleges, and to provide some referable methods for the talents cultivation of the higher education of dance major in colleges and universities.
