现代政府质量治理视角下质量安全教育问题探析

Discussions About Quality and Safety Education from Perspective of Modern Government Quality Management

文中论述了质量安全教育的内涵,分析了质量安全教育对于保障消费者质量安全和促进社会质量治理的作用机制。结合现代化质量治理理念和要求,探讨我国质量安全教育存在思想认识不足、长期规划欠缺、没有以消费者为中心等主要问题,提出加强思想认识、制定质量安全责任法规、完善工作职责和考核机制、鼓励社会力量联合参与、了解消费者需求增强交流互动等政策建议。

This study discusses the connotation of quality and safety education,and analyzes the mechanism of quality and safety education to ensure consumer quality and safety and promote social quality management.Combined with the concept and requirements of modern quality management,this paper discusses the main problems of quality and safety education in China,such as lack of ideological understanding,lack of long-term planning,lack of consumer centered,etc.,and puts forward some policies,such as strengthening ideological understanding,formulating quality and safety responsibility laws and regulations,improving work responsibilities and assessment mechanism,encouraging social forces to participate in jointly,understanding consumer needs and enhancing communication and interaction Policy recommendations.study systematically discussed the connotation of quality and safety education,and analyzed the mechanism of quality and safety education for ensuring consumer quality and safety and promoting social quality governance.Combining with the concept and requirements.
