摘要
文章介绍了在LNG气瓶容积由500L增大至1000L后,气瓶的增压速率降低,影响用户使用。因气瓶布置的原因,导致增压装置无法增大。通过优化增压阀的通径和结构,降低了增压阀的流阻,提升气瓶的增压速率。市场主流的增压阀为膜片式,其影响的进液流量大小的因素有进口接口尺寸、阀瓣的直径和开启高度。通过研究测试不同接口尺寸、阀瓣的直径和开启高度的增压阀对增压速率的影响关系,对提升气瓶增压速率有一定的借鉴意义。
This paper introduces that if the LNG cylinder volume increased from 500 L to 1000 L,the pressurization rate of the cylinder is low,which affects the fuction of users.The supercharging device cannot be increased due to the cylinder arragement.By optimizing the size and structure of the supercharger valve,the flow risistance of the supercharger valve is decreased and the pressurization rate of the gas cylinder is increased.The main pressurevalue of the market is diaphragm type,its influence on the flow rate of the inlet interface size,the area of value core curtain.By studying and testing the influence of different interface sizes and vale core area on the pressurization rate,it has some reference value to the promotion of the cylinder pressurization rate.
