摘要
为去除前风挡上的霜层,车辆均配有除霜系统。除霜风道及除霜格栅性能的优化过程,通常单调而枯燥,并且当涉及多变量时主观因素会产生不稳定的影响。因此将参数化方法应用在除霜分析的工作中,从CAD数据开始参数化,直至自动完成CFD仿真分析,节约大量的人工操作。优化后,整个前风挡风速大于0.5m/s的区域增加约2%。证明参数化方法能高效的提升车辆除霜性能。
To defrost the frost on automobile’s windshield,all vehicles are equipped with defrosting systems.Usually,in order to improve the defrosting performance,engineers need to optimize it.It’s monotonous and boring,and the subjective factors will have an unstable effect when it comes to many changing quantities.Therefore,parametric method may be another way.It will adjust the parameters from the CAD data until the automatic process is completed.This method could save lots of artificial operations.The best optimization has improved almost 2% for the whole windshield area which’ velocity is greater than 0.5 m/s.This method will be an efficient method to improve the defrosting performance.
