摘要
当车辆在恶劣工况下持续工作时,转向油罐经常出现滴油等油气分离不良的情况。本文使用CFD仿真分析对该油罐的油气分离结构中气液两相流场进行了数值模拟。采用VOF模型进行气液两相分析,分析了3种不同油气分离器的流动分布、压力损失,根据仿真分析结果选择最优化的设计方案。文章通过系统台架试验,使用简单有效的方法对油气分离效果改进进行验证。
Leakage often occur in steering oil reservoir,due to tough working conditions and continuous working of vehicles.This paper introduces numerical simulation on gas-liquid two-phase flow of steering oil reservoir by CFD,and Analysis on flow distribution and pressure loss of three different oil-air separators,using VOF model on gas-liquid twophase flow.Optimal scheme are selected on the basis of simulation results and verified on bench test by simple methods.
