摘要
长头重卡驾驶室有异于平头重卡驾驶室,为满足动力总成及附件的维修、保养,要求其驾驶室所属的前机舱盖能够翻转。由于前机舱盖自重大,若不借助外力,一般很难将其翻转,设计一种翻转助力机构显得尤为必要。文章通过多方案研究对比结合长头重卡前机舱盖翻转自身特点,设计了一种前机舱盖翻转助力机构,其具有节能环保、结构简单、翻转轻便等优点。
The long-head heavy truck cab is different from the flat-head heavy truck cab.In order to meet the maintenance and maintenance of power assembly and accessories,it is required that the front cabin cover of the cab should be able to be flipped.Due to the heavy weight of the front cabin,it is difficult to turn it over without external force.Therefore,it is particularly necessary to design a kind of turning assist mechanism.based on the research and comparison of multiple schemes,this paper designs a kind of reverse booster mechanism for the hatch cover of the fore-body with the advantages of energy conservation,environmental protection,simple structure and light tilting.
