摘要
锥面齿轮在变速箱中与同步器连接,是换档性能的重要参数,因此研究锥面齿轮可大幅度提高变速箱寿命,对于锥面齿轮的制造准确性和检测效率显得尤为重要。文章以齿轮锥面检具为研究对象,分析了被测要素的技术难点,阐述了锥面检具的测量原理,检具结构方案及验收标准,利用QDAS软件平台的MSA分析法,分析了方法一、方法二对检具准确性的影响。结果表明:检具的Cg/CgK≥1.33,GR&R≤15%。均能够满足所要求的性能要求,为进一步研究提供依据。
The tapered gear is connected to the synchronizer in the gearbox,which is an important parameter of the shift performance.Therefore,the study of the tapered gear can greatly improve the life of the gearbox,which is especially important for the manufacturing accuracy and detection efficiency of the tapered gear.This paper takes the gear cone inspection tool as the research object,analyzes the technical difficulties of the measured elements,expounds the measurement principle of the cone inspection tool,the structure and acceptance criteria of the inspection tool,and analyzes the method by MSA analysis method of QDAS software platform.First,the impact of method 2 on the accuracy of the inspection tool.The results show that the gauge has Cg/CgK≥1.33 and GR&R≤15%.Both can meet the required performance requirements and provide a basis for further research.
