摘要
通过对汽车生产线地轨小车支撑方式在实际生产过程中存在问题的分析,针对产品特点开展针对性的工艺验证及支撑方式优化工艺改进,在提升小车整体高度的同时,将原有的固定支撑优化为可移动支撑。在符合人机工程的同时,满足了公司全系列产品生产过程的工艺支撑需求。
Based on the analysis of the problems existing in the actual production process of the support mode of the car track trolley in the automobile production line,the paper carried out the targeted process verification and the optimization process improvement of the support mode according to the product characteristics,and optimized the original fixed support into movable support while improving the overall height of the car.In line with ergonomics at the same time,to meet the company’s whole series of products in the production process of technological support needs.
