摘要 双师型教师是职业教育教师队伍建设的特色和重点,大力加强"双师型"教师队伍建设,已经成为社会和教育界的共同呼声。文章主要论述了通过基于第三方考评机制的现代学徒制对双师型教师的培养措施和方法,真正了形成"产、教、研、培四位一体"教师队伍建设与管理的互动机制。 Double-qualified teachers are the characteristics and focus of the construction of vocational education teachers.Strengthening the construction of double-qualified teachers has become the common voice of the society and the educational circles.This paper mainly discusses the training measures and methods of double-qualified teachers through the modern apprenticeship system based on the third-party evaluation mechanism,and truly forms the interactive mechanism of "production,teaching,research and cultivation of four-in-one" teacher team construction and management.
