Double-qualified teachers are the characteristics and focus of the construction of vocational education teachers.Strengthening the construction of double-qualified teachers has become the common voice of the society and the educational circles.This paper mainly discusses the training measures and methods of double-qualified teachers through the modern apprenticeship system based on the third-party evaluation mechanism,and truly forms the interactive mechanism of "production,teaching,research and cultivation of four-in-one" teacher team construction and management.
