摘要
通过对某地方新建本科院校小学教育专业308名师范生进行教师胜任力问卷调查,得出其教师胜任力的整体水平不高,一、二、三年级之间存在显著差异,教师胜任力各因素得分从高到低排序是职业偏好、成就动机、建立关系、信息搜集、人际沟通、心理特质、尊重他人、专业素养、理解他人、自我反思、关注学生,并进一步分析得知该校师范生存在个人专业素养、自我反思和关注学生能力偏低,尊重理解学生意识薄弱等特征。提出了发展小学教育专业师范生的教师胜任力途径:完善人才培养方案,构建科学课程体系;加大校校合作力度,注重见习实习环节;创新教育教学方法,培养学生自我效能;探索“实践+”教育模式,强化教学技能训练。
Through a questionnaire on the competency of 308 students majoring in primary education of a newly-built local undergraduate college,the overall level of their teaching competency is obtained.There are significant differences among the first,second and third grades.The elements ranking of teaching competency from high to low is career preference,achievement motivation,relationship building,information collection,interpersonal communication,psychological characteristics,respect for others,professional quality,understanding others,self reflection,and concern for students.A further analysis shows that the personal professional quality,and ability to self-reflection and concern for students are under expectation,also there is weak awareness to respect for and understand students.Some proposes are put forward to develop the teachers’competence of the students majoring in primary education:to perfect the personnel training program and construct the scientific curriculum system;to increase the cooperation between schools and colleges and concentrate on the internship;to innovate the teaching methods and cultivate the students’self-efficacy;to explore the“practice+”teaching mode and strengthen the training of teaching skills.
