高职影视动画专业学生评价体系研究——以无锡开放大学睿泰校企合作班为例 被引量:2

摘要 近几年,各高职院校纷纷探索现代学徒制人才培养模式,传统的学生评价体系已经无法满足新的人才培养模式的要求,改革势在必行。通过分析传统学生评价体系的弊端,以无锡开放大学睿泰校企合作班为例,结合该专业课程体系的四个模块,通过构建多元评价主体,设置多维度评价内容,利用多样评价方式对学生的职业技能和职业素养进行科学、全面的评价,构建现代学徒制人才培养模式下更为合理的学生评价体系,真正做到以评促学,提升学生的职业能力。 In recent years,higher vocational colleges around the country have been exploring modern apprenticeship personnel training mode one after another.The traditional student evaluation system has been unable to meet the requirements of the new personnel training mode.Therefore,the reform is imperative.By analyzing the drawbacks of the traditional student evaluation system,taking Rui Tai School-Enterprise Cooperative Class of Wuxi Open University as an example,this paper combines the four modules of the professional curriculum system,constructs a multi-evaluation subject,sets up multi-dimensional evaluation content,makes scientific and comprehensive evaluation of students'vocational skills and professional accomplishments by using various evaluation methods,and constructs a more reasonable student evaluation system under the modern apprenticeship personnel training mode.With a reasonable student evaluation system,we could really promote learning by evaluation and enhance students'vocational ability.
