摘要
为了评估兔出血症病毒杆状病毒载体灭活疫苗在临床使用中的保护效力,试验选择3批次中试产品,分别在6家临床试验兔场对不同品种、不同日龄家兔进行免疫效力评价。结果显示,6家临床试验兔场试验期间均没有发生兔出血症;免疫持续期攻毒试验结果显示,疫苗对肉兔、獭兔、毛兔免疫期均可以达到7个月。结果表明,兔出血症病毒杆状病毒载体灭活疫苗(BAC-VP60株)临床效力检验合格,免疫期为7个月。
In order to assess Rabbit Haemorrhagic Disease Virus Baculovirus Vector Inactivated Vaccine protective efficacy in clinical use,we chose 3 batches of products to test the effect in 6 different rabbit farms,including 3 varieties rabbits,meat rabbit,rex rabbit and wool rabbit.The challenge tests were carried out during the different immune stage.There was no RHD occurred in 6 farms during the tests.The results showed the effectiveness against RHDV,which lasted for 7 months.
