“3+2”工学交替教学模式下的服务性学习探索——以L高职老年社会工作课程为例

摘要 社会工作专业教学改革中对实践的要求较高,其中以服务性、自主性学习为导向的新型教学形式不断被运用。针对目前人才需求与教学目标不匹配等问题,文章以L高职院校社会工作专业“3+2”工学交替教学模式探索为例,尝试以服务为导向、自主学习为基础的社会工作教学模式的改革,并以老年社会工作课程为例进行服务性学习教学活动的设计。 The demand on practice in the reform of teaching in Social Work major is high.Among them,a new type of teaching oriented by service and autonomous learning,is constantly being used.In view of the current problem of mismatch between talent demand and teaching objectives,this paper takes the"3+2"mode of alternation of working and learning in social work major in L vocational college as an example,carries out a teaching reform oriented by service and autonomous learning,and designs the curriculum for the course of Social Work for the Elderly based on service learning.
