高职院校酒店管理专业精英培养模式探究

A Probe into the Elite Training Mode of Hotel Management Specialty in Higher Vocational Colleges

本文针对高职院校酒店管理专业精英人才培养存在学生学习意愿不统一、培养目标定位不科学、课程体系设置不合理、校企合作开展不深入的现状,提出应该树立分类培养理念,探索设置双重人才培养目标、双线课程体系、双向流动培养机制、双边人才培养平台、双轨教学管理制度,以此创新高职院校酒店管理专业人才培养模式,重构以分层教学、分类培养为核心的高职酒店管理专业精英培养方案。

In view of the present situations that the elite talents of hotel management specialty in higher vocational colleges are not unified in willing,the orientation of training objectives is not scientific,the curriculum system is unreasonable,and the cooperation between colleges and enterprises is not in-depth,this paper puts forward that the concept of classified training should be established,the double-line curriculum system,the two-way flow of training mechanism,the bilateral talent training platform and the two-track teaching management system should be established in order to innovate the training mode of hotel management professionals in higher vocational colleges,and reconstruct the elite training scheme of hotel management specialty in higher vocational colleges with hierarchical teaching and classified training as the core.
