摘要
电熔增材制造是以电弧热、电阻热为复合热源,熔化金属丝材的增材制造技术,因其独有的技术特点成为大型金属构件增材制造的首选技术。简要介绍了电熔增材制造技术的原理和成形特点,分析了电熔增材材料的宏、微观组织特点和常规力学性能特点。基于电熔增材制造的技术特点,简述了针对大型金属构件制造的技术优势,并提出了其后续发展的关注点。
Electrical additive manufacturing(EAM for short)is a kind of additive manufacturing,that melt the metal wire by arc heat and resistance heat.Due to the unique technical characters,it is the preferred additive manufacturing technology for large metal component.This paper briefly introduced the technical principle and characters of electrical additive manufacturing.Analyzed the macro-profile,micro-structure and mechanical property of the metal that produced by EAM.At the same time,briefly introduced the advantage of EAM to large metal component,the focus of attention was put forward for the development of EAM.
