浅论水利水电工程移民档案利用工作

On the Utilization of Resettlement Files in Water Conservancy and Hydropower Projects

水利水电工程移民档案是记录移民工作全过程的凭证,其档案利用工作是实现档案工作目的的主要手段,也是档案工作的中心任务。本文浅论移民档案利用工作的意义,从历史凭证、工作参考、科研资料、宣传素材和文化载体5个方面探讨移民档案的利用,并提出完善制度、精通业务、档案数字化和编制检索工具4个方案,以探讨水利水电工程移民档案利用的途径。

The immigration archives of water conservancy and hydropower projects are the evidence to record the whole process of the immigration work. The utilization of the archives is the main means to realize the purpose of the archives work,and also the central task of the archives work.This paper discusses the significance of the use of immigration archives, discusses the use of immigration archives from five aspects: historical documents, work references, scientific research materials,publicity materials and cultural carriers, and puts forward four plans:improving the system, mastering the business, digitizing the archives and compiling the retrieval tools, so as to explore the ways of the use of immigration archives in water conservancy and hydropower projects.
