以新时代"双创"教育大背景下的大学生专利创新创业大赛活动为研究对象,运用信息提取、理论分析、案例分析等方法探究专利大赛的运行机制对大学生创新创业能力的积极影响,分析了专利创新创业大赛的赛事规程、组织管理和成果转化等环节,阐释了大赛运行机制对大学生创新创业教育开展的高效性和科学性,指出了大赛机制中存在的问题并提出解决建议,为专利创新创业大赛向更高水平发展提供了参考方向。

This paper takes the college students’ patent innovation and entrepreneurship contest under the background of innovation and entrepreneurship in the new era as the research object, deeply discusses the mechanism of the patent contest on the cultivation of college students’ innovative ability, and comprehensively uses information extraction, theoretical analysis, case analysis and other methods to explore and analyze. The operation mechanism of the patent contest has a positive impact on the students’ innovative practical ability. The analysis objects include the rules of the event, organization management, and the transformation of innovation achievements. It explains and demonstrates the effectiveness and scientific nature of the competition’s operating mechanism for the innovative practice education of college students. At the end of the article, it also pointed out the problems in various aspects of the competition mechanism and put forward suggestions for settlement, which laid a theoretical foundation for the follow-up development of the competition.
