摘要
本文首先建立了沙滩车车架的ANSYS Workbench软件有限元模型,对有限元模型进行了网格质量检查;然后对有限元模型进行了3种常见行驶工况下的静力学分析,分析结果表明车架所受最大应力和变形皆在许用范围之内;最后对车架进行了前6阶约束模态分析,结果表明车架的最小共振频率远大于激振频率。
In this paper, ANSYS Workbench software finite element model of beach car frame is established, and the mesh quality of the finite element model is checked..Static analysis of the finite element model under three common driving conditions is carried out. The results show that the maximum stress and deformation of the frame are within the allowable range.Finally, the first six restrained modes of the frame are analyzed. The results show that the minimum resonance frequency of the frame is much larger than the excitation frequency.
