摘要
以农业机械中液压驱动系统的斜盘式轴向柱塞泵为研究对象,分析其结构和工作原理,利用流体学公式建立斜盘式轴向柱塞泵的流量和压力脉动的数学模型,搭建柱塞数为8到11的AMESim仿真模型,在满足工况要求下仿真计算出各参数对斜盘式轴向柱塞泵流量和压力脉动的影响,为农业机械驱动系统选用动力元件提供理论依据。
Taking the swash plate axial piston pump of hydraulic drive system in mountain agricultural machinery as the research object, study its structure and working principle, and establish the mathematical model of flow and pressure pulsation of swash plate axial piston pump by theoretical formula. The AMESim simulation model with 8 to 11 plungers was built, and the parameters were calculated to meet the requirements of the swashplate axial piston pump flow. The influence of pressure pulsation provides a theoretical basis for the power components selection for mountain agricultural machinery drive systems.
