本文主要介绍了基于波轮洗衣机双行程脱水安全开关的脱水控制方案。波轮洗衣机脱水过程的运动轨迹包括不稳定运动轨迹和稳定运动轨迹,因此设置两种安全开关距离,第一安全距离降低了不稳定运动轨迹过程中异常打杆和误判的概率并且保障整个脱水过程的安全性;第二安全距离可以实现预判是否能上高速的功能。基于双行程安全开关设计脱水控制方案,可提升波轮洗衣机平台脱水过程的偏心带载能力和脱水安全性。

This paper mainly introduces a spin control scheme based on the double distance safety switch of VA washer. The spin process of VA washer includes unstable trajectories and stable trajectories, so two safety switch distances are set. The first safety distance reduces the probability of abnormal striking and misjudgment during the unstable motion trajectory and ensures the safety of the entire spin process, and the second safety distance can provide a function for predicting whether the high speed can be performed. The design of dewatering control scheme based on double stroke safety switch can improve the eccentric load carrying capacity and dewatering safety of the platform of wave wheel washing machine.
