高职电子商务专业现代学徒制实践窘境探究

On the Dilemma of Modern Apprenticeship Practice of E-commerce Major in Higher Vocational Education

现代学徒制作为一种深入开展的产教融合形式,能够有效完成"从学校到企业""从学生到学徒"的过渡衔接,是高职电子商务专业人才培养模式改革的可行途径之一。在国家的大力倡导下取得了一定成效,但随着实践的不断深入,现代学徒制却陷入进退两难的窘境。本文剖析了高职电子商务专业现代学徒制实践过程中存在的主要问题,以期为现代学徒制的可持续健康发展提供思路。

Modern apprenticeship is an in-depth integration form of industry and education, which can effectively complete the transition of "from school to enterprise" and "from student to apprentice", and is one of the feasible ways to reform the training mode of e-commerce professionals in higher vocational colleges. With the development of practice, the modern apprenticeship system is in a dilemma.This paper analyzes the main problems existing in the practice of modern apprenticeship of e-commerce major in higher vocational colleges, in order to provide ideas for the sustainable and healthy development of modern apprenticeship.
