内环流控温技术在第四储粮生态区的应用研究 被引量:18

APPLICATION OF INNER CIRCULATION TEMPERATURE CONTROL TECHNOLOGY IN THE FOURTH GRAIN STORAGE ECO-REGION

摘要 选取第四储粮生态区(大连015号、青岛34号)的2个试验点进行内环流技术应用研究,对试验仓在技术应用期间仓温、表层平均粮温、整仓平均粮温变化进行检测,分析试验仓风机风量、隔热保温措施及能耗,综合评价应用效果,为内环流技术推广应用提供理论依据.研究结果表明:内环流控温技术在第四储粮生态区应用控温及节能效果良好,内环流控温效果与仓房气密性、隔热性及冬季蓄冷量密切相关,合理使用该技术,可确保储粮安全度夏,实现绿色储粮. In this paper,two experimental sites in the fourth grain storage ecological region(Dalian 015 and Qingdao 34)were selected to study the application of internal circulation technology,and the changes of warehouse temperature,surface average grain temperature and whole grain temperature during the application of technology were detected.The air volume,heat insulation measures and energy consumption of the fan in the experimental warehouse were analyzed,and the application effect was evaluated comprehensively,so as to provide theory for the popularization and application of internal circulation technology.The results show that Temperature Control Technology of Internal Circulation Current in the fourth grain storage ecological zone has good effect on temperature control and energy saving.The effect of inner circulation temperature control is closely related to the air tightness,heat insulation and cold storage capacity in winter.Rational use of this technology can ensure the safety of grain storage in summer and achieve green grain storage.
