金属元素对大豆原油储藏稳定性影响 被引量:4

摘要 ICP-MS检测大豆原油中金属离子含量,使用未添加涂层的不锈钢油罐2个,分别在25℃和40℃条件下恒温储藏.测量不同时期大豆原油样品中金属离子含量的变化.结果表明,金属元素具有溶出效应,且40℃储藏的大豆原油样品中同种金属离子含量高于25℃储藏条件下的大豆油含量,即温度越高,金属元素离子溶出越多.以全省大豆油ICP-MS检测金属元素结果为依据,设计正交试验,研究四种金属离子Fe^2+、Zn^2+、Sn^2+、Al^3+对大豆原油储藏稳定性的影响.结果表明,四种金属离子对大豆原油POV值、p-茴香胺值和挥发性醛类物质含量均具有显著性影响.在一定浓度范围内金属元素作为催化剂,加速油脂自动氧化进程,影响大豆油品质安全. ICP-MS detected the metal ions content in crude soybean oil.The crude soybean oil was stored at 25℃ and 40℃ respectively under the condition of constant temperature,2 stainless steel tank of no adding coat.We measured the metal content in crude soybean oil sample in different periods.The results showed metal elements with dissolution.The same metal content in crude soybean oil sample at 40℃ storage was higher than at 25℃ storage,the higher the temperature,the more metal dissolution.Based on the results of ICP-MS testing metal elements of oil in the province,we designed orthogonal tests,researching on the impact of four kinds of metal ions Fe^2+、Zn^2+、Sn^2+、Al^3+ on crude soybean oil storage stability.Results indicated that four kinds of metal had a significant impact on peroxide value,p-anisidine value and volatile aldehydes of crude soybean oil.In a certain concentration range,as catalyst metal elements accelerated the automatic oxidation process of oil and affected the safety quality of soybean oil.
