摘要
本文根据调度指挥决策、行车安全的风险影响因素和风险演变规律,集成使用现有铁路预警信息平台,设计高速铁路调度风险分析与预警系统,实时获取外部环境风险信息.通过调度指挥事件预测技术分析风险的类型、严重程度及对列车运行的影响,运用应急处置管理技术智能匹配当前事件应急处置流程,并辅助规范化管理以提高可靠性与效率.该系统以广州铁路集团公司为试点进行研发.
The scattered information sources of existing risk warning systems increase the difficulty of decision-making by train dispatchers,which affects the safety and efficiency of transport systems.Based on the identification of hazards and risk analysis of China's high-speed railway(HSR)dispatching,this paper presents a real-time risk analysis and early warning(RRW)system for HSR dispatching.According to the evolution of risk factors in decision-making and traffic safety,the RRW technology accesses external real-time environmental information to identify the event type,severity,and its impact on train operations by integrating existing operation and monitoring systems.The RRW system employs emergency management technology to match the response process,and aids in the standardization of management to improve its reliability and efficiency.
