Study on Urban Traffic Problems Based on Calling Data Records of 12328 Hotline

本文基于四川省12328电话数据,综合考虑了各市相关行业的实际发展情况,用多种技术方法从不同角度对四川省相关交通行业存在的问题进行了挖掘和分析.区别于传统仅利用绝对值进行简单统计分析,本文引入暴露量进行分析.分析表明,城市的实际交通投诉情况与使用绝对值计算的结果有较大偏差.同时,采用因子分析的方法,发现巡游出租车在打车难、异地经营等方面存在较为严重的问题.利用FCM聚类的方法,对城市群从业务类型、出租车运营管理占比和分类两个方面进行聚类,发现不同类型下的城市群具备一些共同的特征,可为行业管理者制定相关措施提供一定参考.

Based on the calling data records of the 12328 hotline in Sichuan province,this paper comprehensively considers the actual development of the related industries in each city,and then uses various technical methods to mine and analyze the problems of the relevant transportation industry in our province from different angles.In contrast to the traditional use of absolute values for simple statistical analysis,in this study,we introduced the indicators of exposure for analysis.The actual situation of traffic complaints was found to be significantly different from the results calculated using absolute values.Factor analysis determined that cruise taxis had serious problems in taking taxis and operation places.The clustering method known as FCM was used to gather information from cities by considering the business type and proportion and distribution of taxi operation management.We found that different cities in the same cluster had some common features,which could help managers propose corresponding measures.
